Week 5(FYP2)

TITLE : Construct and test each block of the Controller, Input & Output

OBJECTIVES :

• Construct and test for each block

METHODOLOGY :

• Construct by make connection for each block
• Make a testing for all connection

RESULTS :

• The connection for each block was simple
• The testing result

ANALYSIS & DISCUSSION:

• For input construction was a simple connection which is from solar charger controller need to connect +ve and -ve for both solar panel and rechargeable battery
• For the controller or nodemcu was power up from solar charger control by usb cable
• For the output, there is 2 component was connected to the nodemcu. For current sensor (ACS712) was connected to analog pin A0 on the nodemcu and for the relay was connected to digital pin D0.
• At the socket, the connection for current sensor (ACS712) was connected at neutral line in series. For the relay was connected to live line in series.

CONCLUSION:

• From the socket connection, we can conclude that relay was connect in series at live line to cutoff the circuit and can be control by using smartphone. For the relay was connect in series at neutral line to detect the current that crosses the load.
